This warranty covers problems experienced due to material and manufacturer defects. Damages due to accidents, excessive wear and tear, neglect and improper use cannot be warranted.

In the event that you have a problem or a defect with your Pokerun product it must be returned to the dealer who you bought the product from. They will in turn return the defective product to Pokerun, or issue you a replacement depending on the nature of the problem.
